Product Care
Always follow the care label and any material-specific instructions supplied with your item.
- Remove surface dust with a soft, dry cloth or brush. Spot-clean footwear, bags and accessories gently; do not soak them.
- Wash clothing only as directed on the care label. Separate colours and avoid bleach, high heat and tumble drying unless specifically permitted.
- Allow items to dry naturally, away from radiators, direct heat and prolonged sunlight.
- Store products clean and dry in a ventilated place. Use shoe trees or light padding where helpful to preserve shape.
- Test cleaning products on a discreet area first. Use a specialist cleaner for leather, suede or delicate materials when needed.
