Right of Withdrawal Policy

Last Updated: August 18, 2026

Bellaro provides eligible customers with an extended 30-day right of withdrawal.

This extended period provides additional flexibility and does not reduce any mandatory statutory rights.

1. Withdrawal Period

You may notify us that you wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 30 calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

You may exercise your right by making a clear statement informing Bellaro of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Please provide information sufficient to identify your order, such as your name and order number.

Customers are not required to provide a reason for exercising a valid right of withdrawal.

Where required by applicable EU law, Bellaro will also make an online withdrawal function available through its online interface. This function may be used as an additional method of communicating the decision to withdraw.

Use of our customer-service return documentation does not prevent a consumer from exercising a valid statutory withdrawal right by another method permitted by applicable law.

3. Return Instructions

After receiving your withdrawal request, Bellaro will provide the appropriate return instructions and any relevant documentation.

These may include:

  • Return address;
  • Return documentation;
  • Packaging instructions;
  • Shipping instructions; and
  • A return label where applicable.

Please do not send products to an address found independently online or to the address shown on the original parcel unless Bellaro specifically instructs you to do so.

4. Returning the Goods

Following notification of withdrawal, customers must return the goods without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable law.

For EU consumers exercising a statutory withdrawal right, this generally means sending the goods back no later than 14 days after communicating the decision to withdraw.

Bellaro's voluntary 30-day period extends the time in which eligible customers may notify us of their withdrawal; it does not reduce any mandatory rights provided by law.

5. Return Costs

If the withdrawal is based solely on a change of mind, the direct cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility, where permitted by applicable law and where the customer was appropriately informed of this responsibility.

If Bellaro provides a return label for such a return, the applicable return shipping cost will be communicated to the customer.

Where goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, different statutory rules apply, and Bellaro will bear necessary return costs where required by law.

6. Handling the Goods

You may inspect and try on clothing as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, size and fit.

Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection.

7. Effects of Withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, Bellaro will reimburse payments required by applicable law without undue delay and within the applicable statutory timeframe.

Where legally required, this includes the standard outbound delivery charge originally paid by the customer.

Additional costs resulting from the customer's express choice of a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by Bellaro may not be refundable.

8. Withholding Reimbursement

For returned goods, where permitted by applicable law, Bellaro may withhold reimbursement until:

  • The goods have been received back; or
  • The customer provides acceptable evidence that the goods have been sent back,

whichever occurs first.

9. Refund Method

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed and legally permitted.

After Bellaro issues the refund, the customer's bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time.

This typically takes approximately 5–10 business days.

10. Faulty Goods

The 30-day withdrawal period is separate from statutory rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.

EU consumers may benefit from a minimum two-year statutory conformity guarantee, subject to applicable national law.

UK consumers may have statutory rights including the short-term right to reject faulty goods and subsequent repair, replacement, price reduction or rejection remedies under applicable law.

11. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exception is expressly permitted by applicable law, including certain clearly personalised goods and certain sealed goods unsuitable for return for genuine health or hygiene reasons after unsealing.

12. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or reduces mandatory consumer rights.
