Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Last Updated: August 18, 2026

At Bellaro, we want our customers to shop with confidence.

In addition to mandatory statutory consumer protections, Bellaro offers eligible customers an extended 30-day right of withdrawal.

This commercial return period does not replace or reduce statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

1. 30-Day Right of Withdrawal

You may notify Bellaro that you wish to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 30 calendar days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact:

support@usebellaro.com

Please provide your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Where applicable, customers may also exercise their withdrawal right through the online withdrawal function made available on our website.

2. Returning the Goods

After notifying Bellaro of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the applicable return period communicated in our instructions and no later than the period required by mandatory applicable law.

Our Customer Support team will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Do not send products to an address found independently online or to an address appearing on the original shipment unless specifically instructed by Bellaro.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Customers may reasonably inspect and try on clothing to establish its nature, characteristics, size and fit.

Returned products should be:

  • In their original condition;
  • Unwashed;
  • Unaltered;
  • Free from stains, strong odours or signs of use beyond reasonable inspection; and
  • With original tags attached where reasonably possible.

Where permitted by applicable law, Bellaro may account for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If a return is made because the customer:

  • Changed their mind;
  • No longer wants the product;
  • Selected the wrong size or colour; or
  • Decided that the product does not suit their personal preference,

the direct cost of returning the goods is the customer's responsibility, where permitted by applicable law.

Bellaro will provide appropriate return instructions and, where available, a downloadable return label or return documentation.

If Bellaro provides a label for a customer-responsibility return, the applicable return shipping cost will be clearly communicated and may be charged to the customer or deducted from the refund where legally permitted.

5. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Non-Conforming Goods

If you receive goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, contact:

support@usebellaro.com

Bellaro will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where a return is necessary because Bellaro supplied defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods, Bellaro will bear the necessary reasonable return costs where required by law.

Where applicable, we will provide a prepaid return label.

6. European Union — Statutory Conformity Rights

For consumers in the European Union, Bellaro's 30-day return policy does not limit statutory rights concerning non-conforming goods.

Under applicable EU consumer rules, consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee from delivery for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract, subject to applicable national laws that may provide additional protection.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, consumers may be entitled to remedies including repair or replacement at no cost and, where the legal conditions are satisfied, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and refund.

Necessary return or shipping costs associated with exercising statutory rights concerning non-conforming goods will not be imposed on the consumer where prohibited by law.

7. United Kingdom — Statutory Rights

For consumers in the United Kingdom, Bellaro's commercial 30-day withdrawal policy operates separately from statutory rights concerning faulty goods.

Goods must meet applicable legal requirements, including being of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Where goods do not conform to the contract, UK consumers may have a statutory short-term right to reject within 30 days, subject to the applicable legal conditions.

Where the short-term right to reject is not exercised or has expired, consumers may have rights to repair or replacement and, where the applicable requirements are satisfied, a price reduction or final right to reject.

Nothing in this policy restricts those statutory rights.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an eligible product for another size or available variant, contact support@usebellaro.com.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Where an exchange is requested because the customer selected the wrong size, colour or variant, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Where Bellaro sent the wrong product, size or colour, Bellaro will bear the necessary reasonable costs of correcting the error.

9. Refunds Following Withdrawal

Following a valid withdrawal, Bellaro will issue reimbursement without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Where permitted by law for returned goods, Bellaro may withhold reimbursement until:

  • We have received the goods back; or
  • The customer provides acceptable evidence that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed and legally permitted.

10. Bank and Payment Processing Time

After Bellaro has issued a refund, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

This typically takes approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the financial institution or payment provider.

This payment-provider processing period is separate from Bellaro's legal obligation to issue the reimbursement within the applicable statutory timeframe.

11. Original Delivery Costs

Following a valid statutory withdrawal, Bellaro will reimburse standard outbound delivery charges where required by applicable law.

If the customer expressly selected a premium, express or more expensive delivery service instead of the least expensive standard delivery option offered, additional premium delivery costs may not be refundable where permitted by law.

12. Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from withdrawal only where permitted by applicable law.

Examples may include:

  • Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised; and
  • Sealed goods genuinely unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons after the seal has been broken, where the applicable legal requirements are satisfied.

These exceptions do not eliminate statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.

13. Sale and Promotional Items

Discounted or promotional products remain subject to mandatory statutory consumer rights.

A reduced price does not by itself eliminate applicable withdrawal or conformity rights.

14. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or reduces mandatory rights available under applicable European Union, United Kingdom or national consumer protection legislation.
