These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Bellaro online store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, materials, colours, sizes and other information are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, photography and lighting.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods do not conform to the contract or their description.

3. Prices

Prices applicable to the purchase will be displayed before checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other mandatory charges controlled by Bellaro will be disclosed as required before the customer places the order.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, customers will receive electronic confirmation.

Bellaro may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Product unavailability;
Obvious pricing or listing errors;
Payment authorization failure;
Suspected fraudulent activity;
Shipping restrictions; or
Legal or regulatory requirements.

If Bellaro cancels an order after collecting payment, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Payments

Payments are processed using secure third-party payment infrastructure, including Stripe.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

6. Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7–14 business days.

7. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Bellaro provides eligible customers with an extended 30-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods.

Customers do not need to provide a reason for exercising an eligible withdrawal right.

Where required by applicable EU law, an online withdrawal function will also be made available.

8. Returns

For change-of-mind returns, the direct cost of returning goods is the customer's responsibility where permitted by law and appropriately disclosed.

Different rules apply to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

9. Statutory Rights — European Union

For EU consumers, the Bellaro 30-day withdrawal policy does not replace statutory rights relating to conformity.

Consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods under applicable EU rules, with national legislation potentially providing additional protection.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, non-conforming goods may give rise to rights including repair or replacement at no cost and, where applicable legal conditions are satisfied, price reduction or termination and reimbursement.

10. Statutory Rights — United Kingdom

For UK consumers, goods must comply with applicable statutory requirements, including requirements relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with description.

UK consumers may have a statutory 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Further statutory remedies may include repair or replacement and, where applicable requirements are met, price reduction or a final right to reject.

These rights operate independently from Bellaro's commercial 30-day withdrawal policy.

11. Promotions

Promotional codes and offers may have specific conditions, such as expiration dates, eligible products, markets or minimum purchase requirements.

Any applicable conditions will be communicated with the promotion.

12. Fraud Prevention

Bellaro may take reasonable measures to protect customers and the business from fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Bellaro's original branding, photographs, graphics, text, website content and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

14. Website Availability

We aim to maintain reliable website access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Access may occasionally be restricted for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory remedies available to consumers.

16. Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Protections

These Terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them.

Where mandatory consumer legislation in the customer's country of habitual residence provides protections that cannot legally be excluded by contract, those protections remain applicable.
